I had scheduled an appointment with Orlando at 2:15PM on a previous day. I was not seen until about 2:45. Everyone was nice and cordial, I just feel like time management wasn't great and, being seen at my appointment time did agitate me, and having to sit around and wait for so long became frustrating when I had other plans for the day that had to be rearranged.
