The tires that were supposed to be ordered in for me were not there when promised. I had to get new tires put on because we were leaving on vacation the next day...ended up spending a whole lot more money f not there when promised. I went to get my oil changed and this cold I needed brake pads but when they were checked, Derek told me that it was not needed until the next oil change. All I had to do was replace some filters.
