Overall it is a good dealership. Their sales people are friendly and respectful without being pushy. As far as the repairs I would say that they need to let people know what they need in terms of recommendations so that we can make the decision right then and there when our vehicle is being serviced. My call to set up the service was extremely easy and fast. On the day of my appointment, I finished up things early and called to ask them if it was possible to take me early. They did take me early and fast. On the day of my appointment, I finished up things early and called to ask them if it was possible to take me early. Horrible customer service, horrible communication, never answer their phones, and will recommend to NO ONE! Very horrible experience.
