To be entirely honesty, I was dreading going car shopping. Our first stop was at Nissan of Old Saybrook, and thankfully, it was our only stop. We had been discussing a vehicle with our salesman, Joe shopping. Our first stop was at Nissan of Old Saybrook, and thankfully, it was our only stop. We had been discussing a vehicle with our salesman, Joe, online a few days earlier and when we arrived, he had the car detailed, gassed, and waiting. After the test drive, we decided we wanted it. Joe worked with us to make the deal happen. Our numbers were a little off, but with the help of Sarah and the rest of the staff at Saybrook, a deal was reached and everything went incredibly smooth afterwards. Joe was most importantly, honest with us the entire time, friendly, and knowledgeable. The dealership itself could use a little love, but the staff there were undeniably incredible.
