Time consuming We enjoyed working with Sanchez who was friendly and respectful and kept us entertained during the 6 hour buying experience. We ended up with a car we We enjoyed working with Sanchez who was friendly and respectful and kept us entertained during the 6 hour buying experience. We ended up with a car we love, but at $50 more in monthly payments than what we shook on (I realize they can't give exact payments when partnering with an outside credit union, but still quite ). After we got home realized that the "detailing" they did during that 6hr time span apparently didn't include getting the chips out of the center console and also that the rear tire had a bad leak which must not have even been refilled as it was at 5 psi by the time we got home. When we called and texted the dealership about this we were told we would be called back and never were. Even more problematic and concerning that they let me drive an hour home on that tire knowing I'm 38 weeks pregnant.... I also received a follow up call asking if I wanted to set up a time to see the car we bought as it was still available... More
