I deal with Chris, the service manager and a young man by the name of Mike, the technician who works on my Nissan... When I first took my vehicle in for service I had said that I wanted the same service tech the name of Mike, the technician who works on my Nissan... When I first took my vehicle in for service I had said that I wanted the same service technician to work on my vehicle whether it be an oil change or a major repair....
