Steer clear of this dealership at all costs, especially if you’re inexperienced in the car buying process. A recent encounter with them left my mother in a flustered situation. Despite being promised a comfortable payment plan, she was subjected to hours of number exchanges, convoluted scenarios, and empty commitments. Eventually, she was convinced to signing the paperwork on the spot, with the assurance that the "accurate documents" would follow by mail. Upon leaving the dealership, she was assured that her monthly payments would hover just below $400 for the entire loan duration. Upon reviewing the paperwork the next day, I discovered the payments are above $800 per month. When I engaged the sales representative on the phone, he attempted to rationalize her confusion by explaining that her payments were meant to be $250 bi-weekly, supplemented by a $2000 check (stemming from her old car's trade-in), to be distributed over the first 12 months to alleviate the initial "out of pocket" expenses. Furthermore, he stated that after the initial 12 months she should refinance both her home and car in a bid to hopefully bring the payment down to a manageable level. While it's true that my mother shares some responsibility in this ordeal, having signed the paperwork without due diligence, it's undeniable that the dealership seized upon her lack of experience. They manipulated her by distorting the loan payment terms and guaranteeing that the accurate paperwork reflecting the affordable monthly installment she was assured of would be delivered via mail More

Good news spreads fast, we brought my sister in yesterday to talk with Brian and she ended up purchasing a brand new 2020 Nissan Kicks...the car she has really been wanting.
