What's to discuss? First, After buying four vehicles there, you lost a repeat customer over the cancelation of the free lifetime oil changes. It shows that you can't be trusted. For a $50 or $60 fee, I won't deal with you anymore. Second, after coming in two days before my appointment to make sure you had the required part in stock, it took three days to get my vehicle back. On the third day you then called and said it was ready and when I got there, It wasn't and I had to wait another three hours while it was supposedly fixed. I saw Jeremy Kellogg the first day, spoke to him the second day and the third day he disappeared Donnie Washington went over and beyond to make sure that I was able to get my vehicle after the third day. I won't be dealing with you anymore and I definitely won't recommend you to anyone else. So like I said, what's to discuss?
