Unfortunately, due to the limited amount of service professionals, wait times are well beyond two and a half hours. The intake staff at the service desk are clearly overloaded and this is further exte professionals, wait times are well beyond two and a half hours. The intake staff at the service desk are clearly overloaded and this is further extended by the outsourcing of appointment scheduling to a call center. Many appointments made through the call center and NOT showing up in the dealership service system. As a long time customer, the service at this dealership continues to degrade and this is before the impacts of the global pandemic. Please seriously consider engaging a service and/or process improvement professional. Also, PLEASE STOP CONTACTING CUSTOMERS WHILE THEY WAIT FOR THEIR VEHICLES TO BE SERVICED. IF THEY WANTED TO SELL OR TRADE IN THEIR VEHICLE FOR A NEW ONE, THEY WOULD INITIATE CONTACT WITH THE SALES DEPARTMENT. I have made multiple requests to stop this process, but it is not honored. Please discontinue this practice. More

I brought my car in for a hole in my tire. They had the car for an hour and could not find it. I took it immediately to another mechanic, and he found it in 3 minutes using soap. The service manager Debbie was very professional and nice. I am disappointed in the owner of this dealership. I have been with Nissan since 2003 when it was Victory, then Sheehy and now Nissan of Richmo nice. I am disappointed in the owner of this dealership. I have been with Nissan since 2003 when it was Victory, then Sheehy and now Nissan of Richmond. There has been a tremendous amount of turnover. That shows the owner isn't a good leader. If he was he would retain employees. But loyal customers as myself suffer for it. Because we lose a service manager or salesman that we enjoy working with. More
