It took three inquiries about the same 2 issues for them to resolve it. After the first repair, they stated everything was ok. Went home and the check engine light came on and on the second visit after s to resolve it. After the first repair, they stated everything was ok. Went home and the check engine light came on and on the second visit after stating the brakes and rotors were ok, they then stated on the third visit, all within 1 week and about 30 miles driven that they now need to be repaired. The ineptness is profound. Lastly, the vehicle was supposed to be complete on a Friday, but only after pushing was it completed repairs the following Tuesday. All at an exorbitant price. I would avoid this dealership. More
We brought our car in because of the tire warning light and the crash assist light. When I picked up my car the invoice said they were taken care of. When I drove away the tire warning light came on again and the crash assist light. When I picked up my car the invoice said they were taken care of. When I drove away the tire warning light came on again I pulled right back up and they took the car back. There was a screw in the tire. All they had done was put air in and reset and not even checked. This car has been my worst purchase and I would never buy a Nissan again. More
Great communication about the status of your vehicle and very friendly staff. With so many customers coming in and out, maybe have some hand sanitizer and Clorox wipes available to wipe down the common area very friendly staff. My experience with this dealership could have been a lot better. However my service advisor Donnie was great she stayed on top of things it wasn’t until she had to leave to go on vacation and she had to han better.
