Service Dept used to be great. I had an appt for 830 am for inspection. Advisor Bruce did not enter the correct information even though I reminded him several times that my appt wa I had an appt for 830 am for inspection. Advisor Bruce did not enter the correct information even though I reminded him several times that my appt was scheduled for 830. After 3 calls to service that day for status, it was discovered that my car had not even been entered in the system, and was pushed to end of schedule. My car was not ready until 5 pm. I tried to drop off my car the night before, but there were no service envelopes in the box. As a result, I had to wait in a 15 car line that morning. I am very disappointed by the inefficient service. More

The mechanic did not tell me they would charge just to check a light (something free at autozone). It was $188 to do something that should have been free. And WHY would he not tell me that it would be tha check a light (something free at autozone). It was $188 to do something that should have been free. And WHY would he not tell me that it would be that much? Absolutely absurd. He didn’t tell me until it was already done and threatened to hold my car hostage if I did not pay. They would not be reasonable and take it off. I was a consistent customer but never will I be cheated like that again. More
