Not a good experience this time. An oil change, wash and vacuum took 3 hours. Evidently, several people did not show up for work . Usually it takes 1 hour. I had my Nissan Kicks towed to Nissan of Richmond. The service advisor called me when my car arrived and called me within an hour to explain that I needed a new battery. I ask to have the oil change s The service advisor called me when my car arrived and called me within an hour to explain that I needed a new battery. I ask to have the oil change since my car was there. He was personable and answered all of my questions. My car was ready in a couple of hours. The great news was the cost of the battery and the oil change was less than I would have paid at the auto store. The service advisor arranged for me to pick up my keys from the sales department since they are open until 8PM. Based on this experience I will take my car back to Nissan of Richmond when I need service. More
