Asked several folks (including 2 service advisors) to make sure service knew I was waiting for my vehicle. I took it back there twice to fix an error code on an install of a mass airflow sensor. First they told me that the computer wasn’t working because the Wi-Fi was out due to an overcast day, the next time install of a mass airflow sensor. First they told me that the computer wasn’t working because the Wi-Fi was out due to an overcast day, the next time they told me that it was something with my car‘s computer that couldn’t communicate, and I would need to replace the whole thing for an estimated $1600-$2000. I went back home, looked on YouTube, did a manual reset, and the problem has been fixed. I also have a pocket scanner, which communicates with the car just fine. They also botched taking my information when I dropped it off the second time and I had to call them to find out if everything was ready. All in all, they were very pleasant, but I have zero faith in their ability to diagnose and fix vehicles. More
