I bought my Suv there because I needed an oil change and tire rotation. The suv road ruff and I had to reschedule to have the tires rotated back to the original. I had to go see what the hold up was at 10 and they still had not finish. I always have to bring the suv back anytime that I bring it in. The suv still is not right I rather drive it like that then to come back and have to keep bringing it back for the same thing. Check my records. I just want this vehicle fixed and not have to keep coming back. More

I have been coming to this dealership since I bought my car in 2018. Today is the first time I am disgusted with the customer service. Bring Chandra back. both times I had an appt. for service the service time was horrible. the fist time in Sept. 2021 I had appt. for free oil change and was told 2 hours so I looked for and tes for service the service time was horrible. the fist time in Sept. 2021 I had appt. for free oil change and was told 2 hours so I looked for and test drove a few cars but you did not have my color so I asked for my car 3 hrs later and it still was not serviced. The second time I again was told 2 hours and it took well over 3 and was overcharged and then had to call for a cashier after waiting several minutes and missed my Dr. appt. Not sure I'll return for service again More
