I scheduled a 8:15a appointment on a Friday to have my AC checked. I received a call around 9a but it was their sales team calling to try and buy my vehicle due to the used car shortage. By noon, I hadn’t he checked. I received a call around 9a but it was their sales team calling to try and buy my vehicle due to the used car shortage. By noon, I hadn’t heard anything from the service department so I called and had to leave a message with the receptionist. By 3p I still hadn’t heard anything and called and left another message with the receptionist. I told her I knew they closed at 5p so I needed to know something about my vehicle. Still no call. I stopped by after work and everyone in the service department had left for the day and no one in sales could give me any information or could even give me my key back. The next morning I called and was told that my car was not looked at yet and that my service rep was off until Monday so I would have to wait until then to get my car looked at. I know things happen but someone definitely should have called and at least told me that they didn’t have time to look at my car and given me the option of rescheduling instead of assuming I was would be fine leaving my car for 4 days for an AC diagnosis. I did cancel the appointment and picked my car up on Saturday. The lady helping me when I got there did apologize for the issue, More
