I had a 9am appointment to get recall work done. (made 2 weeks in advance) When I arrived I was told it would be a 2+ hour wait because a lot of cars that just drove in to get service was ahead of me (made 2 weeks in advance) When I arrived I was told it would be a 2+ hour wait because a lot of cars that just drove in to get service was ahead of me.
