I was charged for an oil change after purchasing my car from the dealership with lifetime oil changes included. I was told there was a change in ownership and policy, but it was in my purchase agreement. I from the dealership with lifetime oil changes included. I asked for a copy of my purchase contract and was told that I had to bring it in myself to contest the charge (the service center employee acknowledged I was correct about my contract including free oil changes but that I needed to provide the contract myself despite the dealership undoubtedly having a copy on file). I did not appreciate being nickled and dimed by a dealership that I have already given tens of thousands of dollars. After waiting for over two hours (not a problem in and of itself) for my service to be completed I went to the service desk to ask if they could give an estimate if when they would be finished. I was informed it had already been completed a while before but for some reason no one bothered to inform me. Additionally I wanted to have my key fob serviced. The battery was replaced which did not solve the issue. I was told I need to make a separate service appointment despite informing them before my appointment that I needed my key fob serviced. Needless to say I won't be returning for any services that aren't completely free of charge like future oil changes (which will be free) and tire rotations. More
