Dealership did not tighten lug nuts on my wheel after an inspection. When I returned to have them diagnose the noise it was making, they said it was my non OEM brake pad rubbing the rotor. I drove my car an inspection. When I returned to have them diagnose the noise it was making, they said it was my non OEM brake pad rubbing the rotor. I drove my car and the problem got worse which led ME to discovering the loose lug nuts. So not only could they not figure out the problem, they wanted to charge me hundreds of dollars to change rotors and brake pads when it was just loose lug nuts. That is not even mentioning the negligence of not tightening them in the first place! More
