No update after car is ready. After making the payment and receiving the car, noticed the problem is still not fixed. Was told it will take 15 mins more. I asked the person to call me once done but never and receiving the car, noticed the problem is still not fixed. Was told it will take 15 mins more. I asked the person to call me once done but never called. I had to call them after 40 mins to know that it is already ready for pickup. Bachground: It all started when I gave the car for regular oil change. After getting the car from oil change, Immediately I noticed the check tire pressure warning turned on, which was not on while dropping the car for service. The person there told me to drive few miles then it will go away. After 4 days it was still on and I also noticed visible tire pressure loss. When I dropped there they said there is a nail in tire. I told them it could have happened during service but they wanted proof. I had to replace tires with new ones at my own cost. Then after few days it started leaking again. I went there they put some pressure and told me to come back if problem persists. It did. They checked and said valve has to be replaced and I ended up paying $150 again. I felt like they messed up something during installation of new tires. On top of that, every time I drop my car at service center, some one calls me trying to convince to sell the car and buy a new car with them. Once I actually tried to find a deal during which they made hard credit check even after promising me it won’t be hard check. I complained but there is no action or anything at all. Recently they stopped doing the free oil change that they promised for life time when I bought the car with them. Several other such bad experiences. More

Having my yearly state inspection done at the Nissan dealer was quick and easy. They have the correct parts on hand, should any be needed.
