They like to play around with you on the phone when you asked for one person only and keep redirecting you from person to person. They love to tell you that your car will be ready around 4 to 6hrs then the asked for one person only and keep redirecting you from person to person. They love to tell you that your car will be ready around 4 to 6hrs then they say it'll take one whole day but still don't call you for updates about your car. I call up there one person tell me my car won't be ready today then when I get my bother to call they say late after noon my car should be ready for pick up and not only they've been giving me the run around and false information. They placed me in a smoked out, needs a alignment very unsafe hard to keep straight on the road kept going to the far side of the road... loner car. And I don't even smoke!( just to tell my bother when he asked about the loner car im in that it smells like that because of the car spray they use) I was not born yesterday! And to tell him that they can't prevent people from smoking in the car but yet on the key ring you have a no smoking symbol!!? I pay all this money every month for my car and I can't even get decent service! Not only that just for regular maintenance on my vehicle. Appointment or no appointment They still take they sweet time! Terrible place never agian! More
