The reason for 4 stars and not 5 is that you set an appointment but when you arrive you are told that a technician may not see your car that day. All the appointment does is guarantee your car will be appointment but when you arrive you are told that a technician may not see your car that day. All the appointment does is guarantee your car will be seen in 24 hours. That is ridiculous. My car wasn’t seen until the next day so for a small repair it was in the service department for 2 days. I think it puts the people who have to interact with the public in a tough spot having to explain that policy. More
