Mask compliance by service staff in the open area that interact with custome appreciated. Very long wait time (over 2 hours ) for basic maintenance. Mask compliance by service staff in the open area that interact with customers or drive the vehicles was subpar and concerning as we approach a new pandemic high for covid cases. Staff behind desks alternated between wearing masks properly and wearing them on their chin (including when talking with customers) with about half the time spent in each state. Staff driving and breathing in customer's cars wore mask with nose fully exposed. Signs put up by management on all doors and areas about mask expectations was great, but expected better compliance and examples from service employees. More
