I discussed all issues with the quality manager, but I can honestly say this was the worst car service I have ever had in my lifetime. I was lied to that my car was being diagnosed when it never moved in can honestly say this was the worst car service I have ever had in my lifetime. I was lied to that my car was being diagnosed when it never moved in the parking lot, there was no critical thinking to order all parts at one time - my car was kept an additional 5 days to service the recall for which the parts never came. Overall Nissan took 4 days to replace an alternator and battery and another 5 to decide they weren’t going to be able to complete the recall work. The service girl was rude when I asked her where to go to pay and pickup my car - what is wrong with your employees that they don’t know how to be helpful and kind? What happened to quality, accountability, and good customer service? More

Worst experience I’ve ever had. No call backs. They repeatedly said they would let me know, and I had to call at the end of the day After the repair was finished we only drove a mile or so and the car repeatedly said they would let me know, and I had to call at the end of the day After the repair was finished we only drove a mile or so and the car started to make loud noises, and jerk back and forth. We are loyal customers of Nissan cars and still currently own 2 of our past 4 Nissan Sentra's. Recently we had a major drivetrain mechanical problem with our 2013 Sentra which is out of warranty but only has own 2 of our past 4 Nissan Sentra's. Recently we had a major drivetrain mechanical problem with our 2013 Sentra which is out of warranty but only has 47,000 miles and is in great shape. The Service Department at Nissan of Richmond assisted us in conjunction with Nissan Consumer Affairs in getting the repair at a greatly reduced price. The service Manager Don absolutely exceeded my expectations in helping us get our Nissan Sentra repaired and back on the road quickly. He also pointed out a couple more repairs that were needed, which we had the Service Department also complete. This Dealership/Service Department will now be our regular place for service in the future. I score them 5 stars out of 5. More
