Had a 1:15 appt for state inspection. 2 hours after arrival was told I had issues that needed to be fixed but it couldn’t be done that day, I would need to leave my vehicle there for three days in orde arrival was told I had issues that needed to be fixed but it couldn’t be done that day, I would need to leave my vehicle there for three days in order for the work to be done and they did not provide loaners. After some discussion we agreed I would leave my vehicle during vacation and the advisor left to get my car. 45 minutes later it was finally brought to me and it wasn’t brought by my advisor it was brought by the Detail fellow and he knew nothing as far as the work that needed to be done or the final decisions. I think the advisor should have followed through with his customer.And I think it’s ridiculous that it would take three hours for an inspection of a vehicle whether there was a problem with anything or not. They couldn’t even fix it that day anyway. More
