Yesterday while cleaning the car I noticed the Virginia State inspection has not been done. When I check the receipt I had paid for the service. I don't see the sticker nor the state inspection sheet done. I thought the service this time was bad and now it is worse. I know it's been 2 months since the service, as this is my wife's car, and don't drive it much these days it slipped. I don't know what the Multi-point inspection is when the simple detail has been missed. Now am not sure about the quality of the service done to my car which is not visible.
