I’ve been coming to this service center for 5 years & this is the complete worst experience I’ve had here. Poor communication from The service center!! On the 2nd day car was still in the shop the servic this is the complete worst experience I’ve had here. Poor communication from The service center!! On the 2nd day car was still in the shop the service guy stated he will call me in the morning after they had their morning meeting to give an estimated update time for my vehicle to be done. I never got a call. I called 4 times after 1pm & left 2 messages for him to return my call. Never got that either. He finally called me at 5:15p saying my car will not be ready until Monday. So I went the entire weekend with no vehicle and was never offered a loaner vehicle due to the fact my repairs were warranty repairs. I even asked at that point if there were any vehicles I can use since my car was in their shop since that Thursday. Again no vehicle was available. Why wait until the COB to tell me I will not have my car for another 3 days?? After that experience I think I’m done with Nissan of Richmond. I’d rather drive to Mechanicsville for Nissan service or get rid of my Nissan and switch to Honda or Toyota plus they still offer the free oil change if you bought the car from them. This dealership just ended that special perk. More

Since owning my Murano, I have always found the center to be very customer-friendly, but not this time. It took at least 10 minutes for someone to address me, despite there not being cars or customers ahe be very customer-friendly, but not this time.
