I called to make an appointment as I have done for the last 6 years and was told they don't take appointments for oil changes anymore for Monday through Friday. He said just come up and wait in line. I did that today after driving 2 1/2 hours and got there at 8:00 am. When I arrived they said can't get to you to today can't get to plus you no longer get free oil changes or inspections.or old changes I sacked why didn't you tell me that when I called as have been a loyal customer for over 6 years and was told new owners and just the way it is. If the person I spoke with had told me this I won't have driven 2 1/2 hours and cost me time and gas. No more loyalty or recommending them as I did for 6 years. More

Took my truck to get a nocking noise fixed in the dash. They drove the truck to get a bite to eat on church road and left the receipt in the truck and charged me 75$ For a diagnostic fee. .
