I have returned to service center 4 times since 6/15 to resolve the same issue. Repeatedly told that per the master technician it was fixed. I ended up having to supply my own videos to show it was not. Se resolve the same issue. Repeatedly told that per the master technician it was fixed. I ended up having to supply my own videos to show it was not. Self-tests and videos done immediately following service visits which proved that problem still exists. I have been terribly inconvenienced. Awaiting results/ assessment of 4th visit following 2 sets of videos and actual real/ time results provided at the time of this last visit. More
