We bought a brand new Nissan Sentra. The warning light and system malfunction light came on, and we had to get the new car serviced before the first payment was made. We received no communication all day. We called Monday afternoon to find out that they hadn’t even look Ike’s at the car. Tuesday came with no communication until we called. Wednesday, we called and were told that it had to be checked… Wednesday afternoon, we called. Thursday morning the mechanic called to say that the car should be ready by the end of the day. The car was fixed, but the lack of communication and amount of time needed without explanation was frustrating. More
