Charging for oil changes is ridiculous. I bought my Nissan in 2016 and part of my contract was free oil changes and inspections. You are not honoring this commitment!! That is not good business. The “greeter” at the front yells “HELLO” at you. The oil changes are no longer free although they have been since I purchased my car in 2015. The free oil changes were a selling point.
