I went to this service provider because I thought he was NOT associated with Nissan of Richmond. I like him and think he did angriest job, but I do not want to give another cent to the owners of the dealers NOT associated with Nissan of Richmond. If they cannot be trusted to keep their word on something as simple as the promised free oil changes, how can I trust them on the big things? its a shame, because my family has bought 4 cars from them, but we will go to Honda or Toyota next time!
