I went in for an oil change which is normally free for me. Filters being added were suggested which I agreed to and I ended up paying a lot more than I expected with the oil change also being charged. Wai me. Wait time was about 3 and a half hours and was told it would only be an hour and a half to two hours. I then was given my keys without being charged my fees. So I thought I didn’t owe anything at first. Two days later I’m being bothered basically harassed while at work almost in a threatening manner saying the bill HAD to be paid on the day I was being called. I was called again after I said I would be in later on in the day to pay my bill on the first call. Just a terrible experience overall. More
