I have tried to bring my car in numerous times for an oil change. When I bought my car in July, I was told I got free oil changes for life. Then, when I tried to make my appointment, they told me they stoppe change. When I bought my car in July, I was told I got free oil changes for life. Then, when I tried to make my appointment, they told me they stopped doing that but the first one is still always free and they'd notate the discrepancy on my account. I go in the other day and had to spend 15 minutes discussing with the guy what I was told because apparently they don't give any for free at all and I was told wrong. His supervisor told him to give it to me as she overheard the conversation but had she not stepped in I don't know how it would have ended. More

My car was taken in quickly & Seth talked with me about various issues keeping me informed at all times. This is my second visit for service reasons. I returned to the Nissan of Richmond location because of my encounter with Mr Antonio Tirado.
