I don't know anything about the sales side of the dealership but the service department is top notch. I bought a big yellow 2017 Titan XD pro 4X from NJ. it was the only place I could find one. I arrived around 7:20 am and was the fourth car in line. During my previous visit my service advisor wrote on my receipt that I was to receive a complimentary oil change and tire rotation when I returned. Philip let me know you all were not honoring drew oil changes. Fine. Then he let me know you all had a BOGO. Hmm. Thought you weren't doing free oil changes? Aside from that it took 3 hours for an oil change and 2 filter replacements. After 2 hours I went to check on the status of my vehicle and that's when I found out about the filters. How long would I have been waiting if I hadn't asked? Once my car was ready, Phil never told me my final total. Just escorted me to the counter. Honestly the young lady at the cashiers counter was the most pleasant part of my experience. The customer service has declined under new management. I didn't have these issues when it was Richmond Nissan. More
