I had a service appointment at 1:30 on a Monday to see why car did not start. Was told repeatedly that they were going to get to it and then they failed to follow through all the way into Wednesday aftern why car did not start. Was told repeatedly that they were going to get to it and then they failed to follow through all the way into Wednesday afternoon. Excuses included " we didn't realize we had so many appointments this morning" and the transmission guy only works from 3 a.m. til 1 p m". The car was there for 8 days because the computer indicated transmission issues and they had to wait for answers from corporate before fixing it. . My extended warranty had included a rental car for extended wait time but the dealership never had any available. Which is usually the case. So I had to rent a car at additional expense for a week. I will not be purchasing another car from this dealership and will avoid their service in the future now that my extended warranty is about to expire in August. I have had my car 5 years and with the exception of the rental car issue always being a problem, their service was pretty good before this time. Except one other time they misplaced my paperwork and I waited over 2.5 hours for oil change. More
