Very disappointed. Will NEVER buy another vehicle from them. The worst service department in the world. Won't fix my truck under warranty. Bluetooth doesn't work 70% of the time. It worked perfect for about 10 months the progressively got worse. They say that it is my phone or service and that they will not fix my bluetooth. Same phone, same service from day one. I call xxxxxxxx. Why did it work perfect for so long and progressively get worse? If it were my phone or service, wouldn't it happen in the first week to ten days? I'm going to get the problem solved or I will contact a lawyer or take to social media and call local tv station and have it on 6, 8, and twelve that Nissan of Richmond wont honor a warranty. More
