The gentleman I worked with in the service department Derek was amazing. Very helpful and kind. But one complaint I do have is whomever is answering the phones for their department ( female) put me on Derek was amazing. Very helpful and kind. But one complaint I do have is whomever is answering the phones for their department ( female) put me on hold twice once for 15 minutes and once for 13 minutes and I had to finally hang up. That is not good service. More
