I advised that I was picking up after they close at 7pm and asked if they would keys at the desk because I would be there between 7pm and 730.i spoke with, Derrick and he said that he would give message and asked if they would keys at the desk because I would be there between 7pm and 730.i spoke with, Derrick and he said that he would give message to Chris and Chris would call me. He did call. NO ONE CALLED. My keys were not there and I could not pick my truck up until the day. There was no paper on the driver's floor..head rest or seat and we are in a Pandemic. I spoke with Don and I did not get any satisfaction with him..he did said that he was sorry.. but as I stated that this happened before and I was not happy with the service.. I said that I was thinking of going some place else and he said" if you are not happy with the service maybe you should"? In the past Nissan has always apologized and asked how can we make it right? And they did make it right and that is why I have been a loyal customer for 4 years +. I am disappointed and really would not recommend Nissan at this point. More
This place sucks. You drive into the service department and everyone just stares at you. You finally work up the courage to ask someone for help and they can't find your appointment because their appointme and everyone just stares at you. Last, they take absolutely forever and will never have your vehicle ready when promised. 7 hours for an inspection and oil change? Absolutely absurd. Service dude I worked with was new so can't fault him. Seth was helping him and is the only competent person I've ever spoken with there. More
