I understood that every business has to be profitable, I was in retail for 36 years. But I believe that what we had done for regular maintenance the cost should have been 25 to 40% less. We are enjoying our new Rogue Sport, but we just can't afford regular maintenance costs at Richmond Nissan. Thanks
