Excellent customer service. Took my Nissan kicks in for service because it was turning itself off while in drive. I had needed some service done on my car. I called same day as I got the service done and was quoted a much cheaper price than when I came to pay. He quoted me for the part itself and didn’t quote me for t day as I got the service done and was quoted a much cheaper price than when I came to pay. He quoted me for the part itself and didn’t quote me for the labor which turned out to be much more expensive. I didn’t get his name because he didn’t say. I told Derek, the one who helped me that I was misquoted. He spoke with Seth next to him to see if the price I was quoted was accurate and he said no. However, Derek did everything he could to help out. He added a coupon he could use to try to match up with the cost the best he could and I really appreciate it.
