Incredible customer service. Phil was awesome - got my truck in and out for a state inspection and oil change. The one good thing is the people that help me at the desk for service are always nice and helpful. I had Phil this time, and he was pleasant, as always. Otherwise, the place is going downhill. Since the "change in ownership" the benefits for cars purchased previously, like rotations and oil changes for life, will no longer be honored. They "washed my car" and it came back covered in a splattered film of muddy water. The woman behind the counter inside helping people check out was very rude to other customers while I was waiting. She yelled at people on the phone and in person, and kept saying "well my manager isn't here" and "no I am not raising my voice at you" when they asked to speak with someone else. It was terribly unprofessional, and if I had heard an employee of mine acting like that to anyone I would have fired them on the spot. I didn't even speak with her and she had me fuming because of her blatant disrespect for others. I'll be going elsewhere from now on. More

This was my first and last time visiting this location where I purchased my vehicle 10/20. I was told by my salesman in October that I would receive a free oil change on my visit which was not the case. where I purchased my vehicle 10/20. Tire rotation, I only have 5000 miles. Car was washed & not dried, stating machine wasn’t working leaving streaks. I should have been told that in the beginning. Better service at carpool. My other vehicle is a Honda Accord, With this type of service I’ll take both vehicles to Honda for servicing. More
