Hello. My visit was December 14, 2022. Prior to inspection, it was necessary for me to purchase one replacement tire (the day before my appointment with Nissan) for the front passenger side of my vehicle. A day after purchasing the replacement tire, I brought my car in to Nissan for state inspection, tire rotation and oil change. I waited about an hour and a half for service completion (which was no problem since I was informed of the possible wait time). After receiving my vehicle back and upon arriving home, I realized the replacement tire was still on the front passenger side of my vehicle. With that, I realized my tires were not rotated. I called Nissan Service immediately and was told that sometimes if the tread is better in the front than the back, they would not rotate the tires. But the rep indicated, she would check with the techs and get back with me later that day or early the next day. I never received a call back nor any type of follow up. Side note: with the non-tire rotation, I also question if my oil was changed. Also, while waiting, I was told of other services my vehicle needed as well as informed that Nissan no longer offers complimentary oil changes. Which is a huge disappointment because this complimentary service was offered when I originally purchased my vehicle. Thank you.
