Donnie was fabulous, I would recommend her to everyone. She is knowledgeable, kind and just a delight! The cost for repairs is a joke! You all up-charge so much for simple brake pads. I understand some up-charging bc it’s a business, but everything recommended from the mechanic was up-charged by 8 times the cost of the part. That is ridiculous and the reason I will tell everyone I know that you all charge entirely too much for repairs. I will gladly accept a rejection sticker and go get my car repaired at the corner mechanic for 1/8 of the cost you were trying to get from me: Shame on you Nissan! More

I had a recall on my vehicle. Once Nissan of Richmond ordered the part, there was no further communication whether it came in. Once I called the parts department to see if the part was there, they confirmed it had come in already. Without transferring me over to make an appointment, I had to call once again to schedule to have my vehicle serviced for that recall. When it came to the day of my appointment, front desk greeted me with surprise. They had no recollection of my recall serviced that day. “Luckily we’re not that busy” they said. Upon them taking a second to look at their computer, my appointment was there lo and behold. Not sure how they can plan their day without checking schedules? Once my vehicle was finished, there was absolutely no call to warn me that the vehicle was ready. 30 minutes before closing, I Took it upon myself to make sure it’s done. As soon as I rang maybe once or twice, they picked up with “yes yes sorry yes it’s ready”. More
