I took my frontier (which I bought from this dealership) in for it's regular service. Garrett came out and told me my battery was bad as the top blew open and was spitting acid. I explained to Brandon I was trading in my car and my husbands truck but my husband couldn't bring the truck in as he is terminally ill and couldn't leave the house. I should not have bought this car. I bought a 2014 nissan vera and i think it had way too many miles on it to be a 2014 in my opinion. I have taken the car back twice in a little over a week. the fist time it was the tires were not balances and the next time it had a stain on the carpet underneath the floor mat. They should have know that was there when they cleaned my car for the first time. Angela i thought said that they would clean the inside of the car if i brought it back up there. I did but all they cleaned was the stain and not all the inside of the car. I have lost time from work and money over things that should not have happened. They should at least put gas or something for all my trouble that i have had with this supposedly NEW car. I still have my doubts about that one. Also this week it has made a noise when i started it up. It has only done it once but all they can say is bring it back AGAIN. I think by now they should just give me a new car. I know that i did not buy the most expensive car they had but i feel like i should be treated like i did. More
We brought in our Rogue for a routine tire rotation and oil change. Everything was normal and fine until our service advisor came into the waiting room to tell us about a problem. Glenn walked us out to oil change. Everything was normal and fine until our service advisor came into the waiting room to tell us about a problem. Glenn walked us out to where our car was in the service area. The problem: the wheel lock key was not in the car and they needed to know if we could find out. We couldn't; in fact one never came with our car. The spare set was, unfortunately, not available at the time and there was no way to remove our tires to do the rotation OR fix the tire that they found a nail in. Glenn did not want us to drive a car with a nail in the tire. He told us he would order a wheel lock key for us to keep in the car and get us a rental car for the weekend so we didn't have to worry about being stranded with a flat. We were allowed to chose any rental from the fleet at no cost to us. When my husband returned the rental that Monday, he discovered that the entire service had been comped because of the situation. We greatly appreciated that this service department acknowledged a problem and immediately came up with a solution. The customer service was so good that we won't take our Rogue to any other dealership in town now for service. This service department puts the satisfaction of the customer before anything else. More

They gave us an excellent trade-in value for our Toyota Tacoma, worked with us to find the exact Frontier model and color we wanted, and gave us an excellent interest rate. Josh and Rodney made us feel comfortable throughout the entire purchase process, being helpful, knowledgable and professional - never pushy. And Kim made the finance process enjoyable and easy. John Paul and Glenn were extremely helpful in assessing the issue with my Sentra and taking care of our issue. We just bought our Nissan 2 months ago and were having issues with the steering. The 2012 was already out of warranty due to the mileage, but Glenn saw this as a problem and took care of us at no cost. He and John Paul have earned our business for as long as we own our Sentra, and we will be back to buy another car here in the future... I've owned 4 Nissan's, love the vehicles they produce, and will come here to buy our next one. Thank you!! More
