Respectfully, I have clearly identified myself and I am very concerned about your accusations of foul, four letter words being used in or around our showroom that I can honestley say I never witnessed or was complained to about. I need you to identify yourself so that I can refer to our customer database and its notes to determine the validity of your visit and complaint. Your accusations are very much out of charachter of our staff. I have not spoke to any customer who has suggested we used foul, four letter words so this situation draws a blank.

I don't think it would take much to find out what happened without knowing my name. Besides, if you would just ask the salesman and the other guys that were standing around when this happen, it shouldn't be hard to put the story together. In my business, I would ask around with the employees first, before addressing anything with the client. But here are some more details. I brought my truck in for servicing. One of you sales men called me a few days later and said he had a customer that wanted my truck. I asked about 2012 Altimas since it was the end of the year to get a good deal. I assured me that he would make me a great deal. When I showed up the first time, he said that you guys didn't have anymore 2012's, but would make me a great deal on the 2013. My second trip back with my wife to work out the deal, and after taking the car for a test drive, he had Rodney come to the table, and that's where it started in the above comments. Your man can say what he wants, but he did tel me to "to get the hell out of there". And whoever the gentleman was that talked with me after Rodney stormed outside, saw the whole thing, along wiht some other employees in the showroom. Not to mention that if he can't take customers questioning him, gets mad and storms out, it's a place that I choose never to attempt to do business with again. Again, I appreciate your concern but I don't think there is much that can be done for me to visit your dealership again. Remember, all it takes is one employee to pull something like this, even if was a first, that could lead to a bad review. I am sorry about the way things worked out, but his actions where uncalled for. Thanks again.

Dear Zachspud, Upon recieving your complaint, I have tried diligently to contact you for the past 10 days through the private message board on the Dealer Rater website to discuss the situation at hand before it went to a public platform inaccuratly. We take your accusations seriously. We strive for the very best in customer service. It is unfortunate that we have come to bringing this situation that I believe to be inaccurate as you described to the public. This situation saddens me as Nissan Of Rivergate has been doing business in the same location for 22 years with thousands and thousands of happy customers. After speaking with the sales staff, our customer relations managers, our operators who where close by during this alleged incident, as well as a customer who witnessed the opposite as you descibed we have determined this..... There are always two sides to every story. I will always welcome any customer to enlighten me on any issues that might arise.
