Service Review The service department arranged for me to have a rental car as the issue, which cost me nothing, was suppose to take a day to complete. After filling The service department arranged for me to have a rental car as the issue, which cost me nothing, was suppose to take a day to complete. After filling out the paperwork and waiting for the rental card, I went to the restroom, found a seat in the very well equipped waiting area, opened my laptop and the Service Manager, Garrett, walked back in to tell me the problem was corrected and no need to get a rental. This was a very welcome surprise and everyone there was very curtious and friendly. I would reccomend them to anyone. I also recieved a recall for my hood latch. It only took one call and the same service man, Garrett, called me back within 30 minutes and scheduled me the very next day at the time I requested to have them check out the recall. Again, excellent customer service. More

Will go the extra mile We had a Nissan previously bought from another dealer, and after misdiagnosed service found a gem of a service center with Nissan of Rivergate. Fixed We had a Nissan previously bought from another dealer, and after misdiagnosed service found a gem of a service center with Nissan of Rivergate. Fixed the problem first time and we ended up trading at a later date for our new Altima. Everytime we come here,service is prompt and efficient. They have even given us coupons when we forgot our own. Really like this place and recommend highly. More

They took care of me like I was related to them. I had to take my car in before the oil change was due as I was going on a trip that would have put me over the 5000 mile oil change time which would h I had to take my car in before the oil change was due as I was going on a trip that would have put me over the 5000 mile oil change time which would have happened in another 300 miles. They took me right in right away and made sure everything was checked out completely. Everyone who worked there said hello and wanted to know if they could help me with anything. One of their people just talked to me for several minutes and answered all of the questions I could think of to ask. His information helped me understand a few things I didn't know about my car. I could not have been happier with the service I received from Rivergate Nissan. I felt their attitudes were sincere and hart felt. Thank you for taking care of me and my car. More
