I was treated with all respect and courtesy, and have continued to enjoy that relationship for each of my service visits (every 3 months) since 2010. The service appointments are made professionally and easy online or via phone. The waits are relaxing, comfortable in a cozy waiting area and never too long. Meanwhile I had a tire that was losing air and I was planning a long trip. I was able to make an appointment online to have the tire taken care of right away and make an appointment for the oil change. The service department keeps me informed online with confirmations, reminders and prices to expect. The waiting room is always neat & clean and has coffee & donuts available.
