They let me know exactly what my car needs, why it is needed and the cost. No negative surprises. My car is serviced quickly as I sit, pampered in the waiting room with a TV, coffee, donuts, and assess to popcorn and a vending machine. Once I was given a cold bottle of water by an attendant.
