Karley Neilson, my service adviser, was very personable and helpful. She made sure all my concerns were taken care and arranged a shuttle ride home foe me. Mile Bessone was the shuttle driver. I don't normally write reviews like this but was very impressed with her demeanor & professionalism - and most important she did not solicit this review (like other advisors I overheard asking customers to write reviews because it "really helps" them out). To me - if a review is obtained because it was solicited -it doesn't carry as much weight. More

Delightful experience at Nissan with Karly. As usual my experience with the service department was great. I have been bringing both of my Nissans to this service department for at least 5 year As usual my experience with the service department was great. They have always been courteous, efficient, knowledgeable and helpful. After seeing many other service departments, I am amazed at the cleanliness of the entire service area.
