Not only was he extremely educated on the three cars I inquired about, but I felt no pressure at all to make a quick decision. He listened to what I wanted instead of suggesting otherwise. Fastest service EVER! I had gotten into a car accident days before I walked into this dealership. I was pregnant, and working full time at the time so I did not have time t I had gotten into a car accident days before I walked into this dealership. I was pregnant, and working full time at the time so I did not have time to waste. I walked into the dealership and was automatically greeted by Fred, the salesman. He asked if he could help me and I told him my situation. I had bad credit and I wanted a white Murano. Not wasting anytime, he pulled out a Murano for me to test drive. It drive like butter I tell you!! He then took me into a private area and got all the information needed to get me an approval. Then Joseph came out to greeted me, and made sure I was comfortable. I told him I was probably gonna get hungry and that I just wanted to leave ASAP. He said he would have the car ready for me to drive off with in 30mins and BAM! Before I knew it, I was driving out the lot with a brand new car. Joseph totally made it happen!! LOVE THEM!!! More
