Well to be honest. Every time I have had my truck serviced there. The experience has been great. But honestly this last time. I can’t say the same thing. I was told that a warranty that I had purchased at the dealership that I purchased the vehicle from was used up. When I said that the warranty was for two years. And I have only had the vehicle for a little over a year. I asked to see the warranty. I wanted to see where it showed in fine print that the warranty was only good for four oil changes. I was given a generic print out. But nothing about the warranty. The generic print out did say something about only good for four oil changes. But how do I know that had anything to do with the warranty that I purchased. Normally a gentleman greets me and does everything. But I assume he was off on the day I came to visit the dealership. He is the best. I wish I could remember his name. The ladies on my visit were not as friendly and I just felt rushed . I also wish they would not move my seat . And I found oil stains on the inside of my door by the handle where you grab the door to close it. I feel like they must have gotten oil on my seat . I can’t prove it. But there was a slick substance on my seat like my seat had been cleaned. More
